Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    4 chicken thighs
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    pinch of salt
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove bones and break into pieces.
    Cook rice according to package directions (1 cup of uncooked rice makes 2 1/2 cups cooked).
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice.
    Add chicken, cheese and rice.
    Mix well.
    Put in a baking dish sprayed with Pam and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
