Chicken, Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 c. water
    2 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. celery
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or melted Velveeta
    1 stick margarine
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned
Preparation
    Bring broccoli to a boil.
    Cook, covered, for 6 minutes.
    Add cheese and margarine; let melt.
    Pour into a casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    (Cut chicken into small pieces.)
    Divide in half for a smaller casserole.
