Creamy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rice
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4-5 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 c. sour cream
    1-1/4 c. crushed Ritz
Preparation
    Spread rice into a greased 13 by 9 inch pan.
    In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter; stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add milk, bouillon, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
    Reduce heat; add chicken, cheese and sour cream; stir until the cheese is melted. Pour over rice.
    Melt the remaining butter then toss with cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
