Chicken, Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 box broccoli rice au gratin (Uncle Ben's)
    1 box Spanish rice (Rice-A-Roni)
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. Colby or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice chicken into strips; brown.
    Set aside.
    Melt butter in a skillet; add rice from both boxes and brown.
    In a rectangular casserole pan/dish, combine chicken, rice, contents from both boxes of rice, water (as per directions on rice boxes), tomato sauce and 1 cup cheese.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Add remainder of cheese to top and cook 5 additional minutes. Servings:
    8 to 10.
