Brown the ground beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.
Drain if needed.
Add the turkey and bell pepper and cook until the turkey is almost cooked. Sprinkle the Chili 3000 and stir for 1-2 minutes powder is well-mixed into the meat mix.
Add the tomato sauce, mustard, and vinegar.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Over medium heat dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add butter to pan of bouillon water mixing well until completely melted. Continue stirring in flour and Half-and-Half until starting to thicken. Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
Ease pastry into pan.
Combine cornstarch, Equal for Recipes, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; sprinkle over apples in large bowl and toss.

Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced apples.
In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and flour.
Pour evenly over the apples.
Then sprinkle vanilla over the mixture.
Then cut up margarine or butter over the top.
Cover with top crust and, with knife, make slits for air.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
