CANDY:.
In a large saucepan
Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Melt candy coating according to package directions and pour into cereal mixture.
Mix until mixture is coated.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Store in air-tight container.
Chop chocolate and shortening and melt in top of double boiler.
Add coffee.
Put a thin layer of this mixture on the bottom of a greased square pan, lined with paper.
Sprinkle with cherries, cashew nuts and coconut.
Cover with remaining chocolate mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator until firm and cut in squares. Yields about 24.
Mix
all
the
ingredients.
Melt 1 package almond bark candy. Mix
and
pour
over cereal mix.
Mix well and drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
Let set for 2 or 3 hours.
Combine margarine, sugar and white syrup and bring to rolling boil for 2 minutes.
Add peanut butter and when cool, pour over Cap'n Crunch cereal and mix well.
Drop by spoonful on wax paper.

In food processor, chop peppermint until it is the texture of large grains of sand.
Take out any large pieces.
Melt white chocolate in microwave according to instructions.
When completely melted, stir in peppermint to taste (1 1/2 parts peppermint to 3 parts chocolate).
Put immediately into Christmas candy molds and put in refrigerator until hard.
Or, spread candy 1/8-inch thick on waxed paper, put in refrigerator until hard, then break into pieces.
Place 2 graham cracker squares on microwave safe plate; top each square with one marshmallow.
Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds, or until marshmallow expands. Top each marshmallow with 1 candy bar square and remaining graham cracker square.
Let cool.

In 2 quart sauce pan combine sugar, butter and corn syrup.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until candy thermometer reaches 290.
About 25-30 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in cashews.
Spread 1/4\" thickness on a waxed paper lined jellyroll pan.
Cool completely, break into pieces.
Store in air tight container.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place whole bar of cookie dough scored side down, shaping to fit prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels are shiny.
Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter evenly over cookie crust.
Sprinkle candy in single layer over pizza.
