Make Rich Tea Biscuit dough, adding more milk to make a drop biscuit dough. Spread the dough 1/2 inch deep in an oblong 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Peel and pare apples; cut in eighths. Press apple slices into top of dough very close together. (It won't hurt if more than a layer thick.) Dot with butter or oleo. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cold with Lemon Sauce (recipe follows).

Swedish Apple Yeast Bread-Betty Crocker Recipe Cards

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Plump 1/2 cup of raisins in either water or apple juice. Set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 9 x 9\" or 8 x 8\" pan. (I used 8 x 8\" with perfect results.).
Mix sugar and preferred spice with a fork in a small bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture over melted butter in pan.
Take a medium to large apple and cut into very thin slices. The original photo showed the apple with it's peel left on; I preferred to remove it.

Mexican Chili Cheese Dip (Tex-Mex)

In a deep pan, brown ground beef, drain and return to the pan. Add Taco seasoning and prepare according to seasoning instructions.
Add Hormel Chili and refried beans.
When hot, add the velveta. It helps to cut it up into chunks. Once melted, add the grated cheese. Once all hot and melted together, transfer to a crock pot. Serve with chips and stand back. I write the recipe on recipe cards and take them to the party with me, because I know I'm going to be asked for the recipe.

Busy Day Individual Meatloaves (From My Great Recipe Cards)

Crumble beef into large bowl. Add salt. Sprinkle crumbs and milk. Let stand a few minutes until crumbs are soft. Blend together.
Mix in egg and onion, sage, thyme, nutmeg and black pepper, mixing well. Shape into 4 loaves. Place on foil-lined baking sheet about 3 inches apart.
Mix brown sugar, catsup, ginger and garlic salt, soy sauce and mustard. Spread mixture over tops of loaves.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Cashew Chicken (From My Great Recipe Cards)

Slice chicken breasts into strips about 1/2 inch wide. Place into a bowl. Add sherry, cornstarch, garlic, salt and curry powder, tossing well. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile saute mushrooms in 2 Tbsp of the butter for 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining butter to pan. Over high head, add chicken slices. Saute quickly for 5-10 minutes until pieces are golden. Add mushrooms to chicken. Toss over high heat for 30 seconds.

Melt margarine in pan.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan, can of fruit with juice on top of margarine.
Pie fillings are best for this recipe.
Mix egg with flour and sugar.
Crumble on top of fruit and bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.

Aunt Carol'S Apple Pie

Peel and slice apples. Toss with sugars, cinnamon and flour. Set aside.
Roll crust to make slightly larger to fit 10-inch glass pie pan. Fit bottom crust in pie pan. Turn in apple mixture and dot with butter. Put crust on top and crimp edges of crust together.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Wet hands with water and dampen top of pie. Sprinkle with additional sugar. Puncture top of pie with fork so the steam can escape.
Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue ...

Aunt Carol'S Spinach And Fish Bake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a bowl, mix the spinach, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, about 5 tablespoons dry bread crumbs, and the egg. Spread the mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish. Arrange the cod fillets on top of the spinach mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Top with the remaining Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
Cover, and bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Tenderloin Roast

Marinate tenderloin in Wilson steak sauce and teriyaki sauce for 3 to 4 hours, then drain. Mix salt, pepper, mustard, ginger and paprika. Rub on top of tenderloin. Top with pineapple preserves. Wrap in foil or use browning bag. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.

Carol'S Potato Salad

Cook potatoes; do not overcook.
Drain potatoes.
Add all ingredients, except eggs, pickles, celery and onion.
Fold until almost smooth, then fold in diced eggs and pickles.
If desired, add celery and onion.
Chill overnight.
Recipe may be doubled.

Chocolate Ice Cream

Mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Remove and let cool.
Mix 3 cups sugar, eggs, Wilson milk and vanilla.
Add cooled chocolate to this and mix.
Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill with milk.

Carol'S Coconut Cake

This cake is so easy you don't even need a recipe.
Bake white cake in a 9 x 13-inch pan according to package directions. Poke holes in top of cake as soon as you take it from the oven and pour sweetened condensed milk over all.
Cool completely.
Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle all over with coconut.
