Carol'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    5 boiled eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 small jar sweet pickles
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; do not overcook.
    Drain potatoes.
    Add all ingredients, except eggs, pickles, celery and onion.
    Fold until almost smooth, then fold in diced eggs and pickles.
    If desired, add celery and onion.
    Chill overnight.
    Recipe may be doubled.
