Salmon Marinade -- I like this
Place oven rack in topmost position and preheat oven to broil.
Drain the canned salmon of all liquid. Mix together the salmon, wasabi, mayonnaise, pickles, and tomatoes. Open the rolls and lay out on a baking sheet. Spoon 1/2 cup of the salmon mixture onto the bottom of each roll. Place one slice of cheese on top of the salmon mixture and broil in the preheated oven until the cheese melts and the top sides of the rolls begins to brown.
Combine cucumber, pepper, onion, celery, and salmon.
In another bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and coriander.
Stir dressing into salmon mixture.
Serve in pita pockets or like a regular sandwich with lettuce leaves.

In a bowl, mix the sliced cucumber with salt and vinegar and set aside.
In another bowl, mix dill and cream cheese.
Spread cream cheese/dill mixture on one side of white bread.
Layer the cucumbers on the bread.
Season with salt and pepper.
Trim the edges and then cut into quarters.
Mix salmon, cucumber, green onion, lemon juice and cayenne. Stir in mayonnaise and yogurt, mixing until well blended. Serve sandwich or cocktail-style on rye bread. Cover and refrigerate remaining spread.
