Place chopped cabbage into crock pot. Place sauerkraut and onions over top.
In a mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until cabbage is as tender as you want.
Stir well before serving.
Take the sausage and parboil for 10 minutes; drain and cut in half.
Mix potatoes, onions and sausage.
Alternately layer potato mixture with soup in the crock-pot.
Cook 6 to 7 hours on low or 2 to 3 hours on high and turn to low for 1 hour.
In a large crock pot, add all ingredients. It will be difficult to stir at first, but as it cooks down, it will become easier. It's best if it's cooked on low over for at least 8 hours.
It does well reheated in the microwave and for leftovers for the next few days if you have any :).

Mix all ingredients except sausage in crock pot.
Place sausage on top of mixture.
Cover and cook on low heat 5 to 6 hours.
Combine soup, sugar and sauerkraut.
Stir in sausage, potatoes and onion.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or high 4 hours) in crock-pot cooker.
When ready to serve, sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.
Serves 6 to 8.
Combine all ingredients in large dish.
Cover and bake for 75 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally.
This can also be done in a crock pot on low for 5 to 7 hours.
