Polish Sausage Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 (27 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed several times and drained
    1 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut up and preboiled 5 minutes
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine soup, sugar and sauerkraut.
    Stir in sausage, potatoes and onion.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or high 4 hours) in crock-pot cooker.
    When ready to serve, sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.
    Serves 6 to 8.
