Swedish Cabbage Rolls(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cabbage leaves
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground round
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place cabbage leaves in boiling water, about 3 or 4 minutes. The leaves should be limp.
    Drain.
    In medium size bowl, in center of each cabbage leaf, put about 1/4 meat mixture.
    Fold cabbage leaf sides in over meat mixture and then roll the cabbage ends of the leaf over the mixture.
    Put in crock-pot.
