Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes And Sausage(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    6 or 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 onion, diced
    salt
    pepper
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut smoked sausage into bite-sized slices.
    Put in water and boil; drain.
    Spray crock-pot with no stick spray.
    Starting with potatoes, layer all ingredients except milk.
    When all is layered, add milk.
    Cover crock-pot.
    Cook on high until done, about 4 hours.
