In other words, the base recipe is for meat loaf with vegetables and cheese filling.
Use whatever combination of vegetables, cheeses and spices you prefer.
This recipe is adaptable to most every diet plan and delicious too!!
For the pork rib:
Preheat
Combine dry spices and set aside.
Brown onions in olive oil, remove.
Brown meat, remove.
Add dry spices to pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Add broth, tomato sauce, beer, meat, onions, and tomatoes with green chiles.
Stir and cook slowly for 2 hours or more until meat is nice and tender.
Taste before adding salt.
Serve with shredded cheddar, crackers, or diced green onions on top.

Put ground beef, onion and garlic in large skillet and stir-fry until meat is brown.

Dissolve cornstarch in remaining chicken broth.

Cook beans in water for 30 minutes; drain.
Add chicken broth and cook for 1 hour.
Finely dice the onion, celery and carrots (I do this in a food processor).
Saute the vegetables in margarine for about 5 minutes.
Add to the beans, along with the salt, basil and garlic powder.
Simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until beans are tender.
Mix above ingredients
except 1/2 cup beef broth (I use bouillon cubes).
Place mixture in loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You
may use 1/2 cup broth as needed if meat becomes too dry.
Saute ground beef and pork and onions with olive oil in a soup pot until brown.
Add sauerkraut and mushrooms (with their liquids) and pickles; stir together with the meat.
