"Very Best" Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 slices bread
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 to 2 cans (16 oz.) chicken broth
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk.
    Crumble into ground beef and mix well with egg, salt, pepper and onion.
    Form small balls.
    Roll balls in flour and then simmer in broth and bouillon for an hour or longer.
    You might use an electric frypan at 200\u00b0.
    These freeze well.
