1 lb ground turkey
2 eggs
1 cup quick oats
1 -2 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 quart no-salt-added chicken broth
water
1 (6 ounce) can no-added-salt tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tablespoon evaporated cane juice
1 -2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
Preparation

Process oatmeal until coarse powder (like dried breadcrumbs).
Remove from processor.
Place turkey, eggs, onion, spices and ground oatmeal into processor, and with metal blade, process until blended.
Mixture should be firm enough to roll into balls.
In a large saucepan, bring broth to simmer. Add water as needed to accommodate all meatballs.
Roll meat into small balls (1 inch in diameter) and drop into broth, and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
For sauce, mix tomato paste and water with a whisk until blended.
Add all other ingredients and mix.
Heat through, and serve with meatballs and pasta.
