Meat Loaf With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. instant rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. beef broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients
    except 1/2 cup beef broth (I use bouillon cubes).
    Place mixture in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    You
    may use 1/2 cup broth as needed if meat becomes too dry.
