Boy Scout Zip-Lock Omelet

1.\tBring water to boil in large pot.
2.\tCrack eggs into Zip-loc baggie.
3.\tAdd ham bits.
4.\tAdd spices.
5.\tClose and shake to mix.
6.\tUse paper clip to hold tops of all baggies together so they do not melt on the side of the hot pot.
7.\tPlace baggies into hot water.
8.\tBoil until eggs are firm and cooked.
9.\tOpen baggie and add grated cheese.
10.\tEat right out of baggie.

Strawberry Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch (Made With Girl Scout Th

Cut one large strawberry into 4 slices.
Lay one slice of strawberry on top of each Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie.
For a second option:
Slice about 4 strawberries into a bowl.
Crumble 1 to 2 Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies over top.
Garnish with 1 tbsp thawed whipped topping, such as Cool Whip Free.

Easy Girl Scout Surprise

Crush the Girl Scout cookies and line the bottom of a small glass Pyrex dish. Save 1/2 cup for top.
Mix vanilla pudding according to directions, then mix with softened cream cheese.
Set aside.
Mix chocolate pudding according to directions and mix with Cool Whip. Set aside.
Spread vanilla pudding mixture on top of cookies in the pan.
Spread the chocolate pudding mixture on top of the vanilla mixture. Top with Cool Whip and the remaining cookies.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Girl Scout Cookie Pie

Crush a box of Girl Scout mint cookies.
Put 2/3 of crushed cookies in bottom of pie pan.
In double boiler, melt marshmallows and milk.
Add creme de menthe.
Let cook while whipping cream. Fold hot mixture into whipped cream.
Pour over crushed cookies. Sprinkle rest of crushed cookies on top and refrigerate or freeze. Serve chilled.

"Sunny Boy" Coffee Cake With Caramel Topping

Pour boiling water over Sunny Boy cereal and stir to blend; let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar, butter and eggs.
Add vanilla, Sunny Boy cereal mixture and dry ingredients.
Beat well and put into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 375 degF for about 30 minutes or till done.
While cake is baking prepare the topping by mixing tog the melted butter, brown sugar and egg, beating it well.
Add the coconut and vanilla.
Spread this topping over hot cake and return to the oven for about 10 more minutes.

Tall Boy Casserole

Brown ground beef and onion together.
Drain excess fat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 can of Tall Boy vegetable soup to the ground beef.
Do not dilute soup; add straight to ground beef. Mix and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Serve with creamed potatoes and rolls.

Mexican Chicken In Packet (Great For Camping)

PREHEAT oven to 450\u00b0F or grill to medium-high.
CENTER one chicken breast half on each sheet of tin foil. Spoon salsa over chicken; top with beans.
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to make airtight packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. (think your old girl scout days). Repeat to make two packets.
BAKE 15 to 18 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR GRILL 11 to 13 minutes in covered grill; sprinkle with cheese before serving.
Serve on romaine leaves.

Boy Scout "Brownsie" Taters

Chill salad dressing.
Shake well and cover bottom of large iron skillet with 1/8-inch of salad dressing.
Heat.
Add onions, fries, peppers and seasonings.
Cover while cooking, stirring occasionally.
When taters are done, remove from heat.
Sprinkle cheese over and let melt.

Boy Scout Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix together first 3 ingredients. Combine shortening and milk and stir slowly, a little at a time, into flour mixture.
Shape biscuits and place in a greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
Bake for 12 minutes.

1.\tBeat eggs in bowl with fork.
2.\tWhip in milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oil. (This step can be done ahead of time and sent in ziplocks,if desired).
3.\tSpray skillet with oil. Heat skillet to medium, not too hot.
4.\tUsing fork, quickly dip a slice of bread in eggs, flip, poke and lift to let excess drain off, then lay in skillet. Doing this quickly to just coat the bread without soaking it is key.
5.\tCook one side of bread. When it gets browned, flip and cook second side.

Egg Crackle

Melt margarine in large cast iron skillet.
Add eggs and bacon bits.
Cook until almost done and then add cheese crackers.
Cook until crackers have soaked up rest of uncooked egg.
This is a must for every Girl Scout camping trip!

Boy Scout Blue-Ribbon Kielbasa

Cut onions and peppers into 3/4\" wide strips. Saute until onions start to become clear. Cut Kielbasa in 1\" chunks and add to onions and peppers. Add pineapple, including juice. Place lid on Dutch Oven. Cook at around 350 deg. for 35 minute.

Boy Scout Stew

Cook carrots.
Saute the onion. Add to carrots.
Cut ground beef into chunks of meat.
Brown and pour off grease.
Add cooked carrots and uncooked diced potatoes and small amount of water. Simmer until potatoes are done. Add soup and soy sauce.
Heat until stew is hot and serve.

Boy Scout Meal

You will need 1 large piece of foil.

Boy Scout Apples

Core the apples and peel off a strip around the equator(middle) of each apple to prevent bursting.
Mash together the butter, sugar or jam, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
Fill each apple cavity with some of the mixture and wrap each apple individually in aluminum foil.
Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
Place the apple packets on the grill. Close the cover and cook until the fruit is just tender, 8-10 minutes.
Remove from grill, unwrap carefully, and enjoy!

Boy Scout Beans

In a large skillet, brown the sausage/tofu/or meat of your choice, onion and garlic. Place this mixture, the barbecue sauce, sugar and all the beans WITHOUT draining their liquid into the slow cooker/dutch oven. Season with salt and pepper and optional ingredients of your choice . Cover and simmer for 1 hour on high or 3 hours on low.
Note: Low is best! You can scorch the beans on the bottom when cooked on high.

Preheat oven to 375. Take 1 lb hamburger and mix it by hand with 1 pkg Lipton Onion soup mix and set aside. Chop red potatoes and onion and mix together with desired amount of baby carrots and toss with Olive oil and salt and pepper then set aside. Pull out a sheet of Tin foil and Pam spray it.
