Chop all veggies except celery to uniform size, about one inch or so.
Add all of the first ingredients to jars leaving 1 inch of headroom.
Add salt, pepper and garlic sliver to each pint jar then add the remaining corn, peas and green beans, the last is the boiling beef broth.
I didn't leave the 1 inch of head space to each jar and they came out fine. Don't worry about the small amount of liquid. When the veggies cook they will produce plenty.
Process for 60 min at 10 psi.

Mix paste,Ground Beef, and sauteed onions.

In a large, heavy skillet, brown meat and onions in oil. Reduce heat to low.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over meat mixture.
Add vinegar, catsup and boiling liquid.
Cover with a tight fitting lid.
Stir often to keep from sticking.
Cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours on low heat or until meat is tender.
Place boiling beef in 5-quart pan and fill 3/4 full with water.
Add other ingredients, except macaroni; cook beef until tender.
Take meat out and cool.
Break into small pieces and return to pan.
Boil the macaroni in separate pan to desired tenderness; drain and rinse well.
Add to soup broth and heat.
Brown boiling beef in 1 tablespoon oil.
Add to 2 quarts of water.
Bring to boil.
Add bouillon cubes and dissolve.
Cut up carrots, celery and onions into thin slices.
Add to soup mixture. While this starts to cook, cut up potatoes into cubes and slice cabbage into thin strips.
Add potatoes, cabbage and barley to soup.
Cook about 20 minutes.
Add peas, corn, tomatoes and beans. Cook until ingredients are tender.
More water may be added if needed.
Serve with homemade rolls.
Boil beef and beef broth until beef is done.
Remove 1 cup of broth and beef.
Mix flour, salt and eggs.
Gradually stir in broth to mixture.
Pour in enough broth to make consistency of pie dough.
Roll out on a floured surface.
Cut into 1 to 2-inch squares.
Drop squares into the boiling beef broth.
Stir after all are in.
Reduce heat to a slow simmer.
Let cook for 30 minutes.
Add beef anytime to pot.

Brown onions in drippings.
Continue to saute.
Add wine from time to time.
Reserve 1 cup wine.
Add onions last 1/2 hour.
Before serving, add mushrooms, last cup of wine and crumbled bacon.
Bake in 3-quart casserole at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Meanwhile, in large saucepan, bring broth, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and garlic to boil. Add mushrooms and snow peas. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until snow peas are tender-crisp. Add beef and cook for 2 minutes. Divide rice among 4 bowls; ladle soup over rice. Top with hot sauce if using.

Stirfry the peppers and onions in oil.
