Ten Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boiling beef with bone
    1 qt. green beans
    1 small to medium head cabbage, chopped
    3 to 4 small onions, chopped
    3 to 4 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. diced carrots
    2 c. peas
    2 c. corn
    2 c. lima beans or great Northern beans
    1 or 2 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Boil
    beef
    until
    done
    and remove from broth.
    If you want to\tremove\tgrease,
    you
    need
    to let broth get cold and grease will
    be
    on
    top for easy removal.
    Put broth in large kettle (10 quart)
    to
    make soup.
    Add cabbage , green beans, potatoes, celery,
    carrots,
    onions
    and lima beans.\tAdd V-8 juice and cook
    1/2
    hour
    or
    until vegetables begin to seem done.
    Add corn,
    peas
    and tomatoes last.
    Add water or beef bouillon as needed for flavor.\tCook another 1/2 hour and let stand for flavor.
    Add beef back in soup, if desired.
