Beef Poppie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef stew meat or rump roast
    2 to 3 cans beef broth or chicken
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Boil beef and beef broth until beef is done.
    Remove 1 cup of broth and beef.
    Mix flour, salt and eggs.
    Gradually stir in broth to mixture.
    Pour in enough broth to make consistency of pie dough.
    Roll out on a floured surface.
    Cut into 1 to 2-inch squares.
    Drop squares into the boiling beef broth.
    Stir after all are in.
    Reduce heat to a slow simmer.
    Let cook for 30 minutes.
    Add beef anytime to pot.
    Poppie is done when tender.
