Spray pie dish with pam. Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of pie dish. Place chopped up ham, onion and broccoli over cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients and pour over top. Top with sliced tomatoes if desired.
Bake in pre-heated 375 oven until set and golden brown about 40 minutes depending on your oven.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
Saute onions in butter till golden.
Add mushrooms and saute 1 minute more.
Add chopped ham and saute another minute more. Set aside to cool.
Mix all ingredients together. Be sure veggies and ham mixture has cooled slightly before adding to egg mixture.
Spoon (I use a small ice cream scoop) into lightly greased mini muffin tin. Bake for 30 minutes or until centers are firm.

Parboil ham in large pot for 2 hours.
Remove from pot. Marinate with Coke and pineapple juice.
Place in refrigerator overnight (trim excess fat off).
Bring 3 cups of water to a boiling point.
Add cloves, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Pour mixture over ham.
Decorate with pineapple slices, using toothpicks.
Cook in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours or until well cooked.

Combine all ingredients.
On foil, pat meat to a 10 x 18-inch rectangle.
Arrange ham slices atop meat, leaving room on the edges.
Reserve 2 slices of cheese.
Tear up remaining cheese; place over ham.
Starting from short end, carefully roll up meat, using foil to lift and seal edges and ends.
Place roll, seam side down, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
(Center will be pink due to ham.)
Slice cheese; melt approximately 2 minutes.

Cut deli ham into cubes about 1 cm (or less)square. (My kids don't like the skin on the ham so I cut that off too).
Package cubed ham into bags with approximately 1-2 cups of ham in each bag.
Press out as much air as possible, label and freeze.
To serve, add ham cubes to your favourite recipes. Defrost in the microwave if necessary.
Boil ham shanks for 3 hours in large pot.
Remove ham shanks and set aside to cool.
Cut potatoes into quarters, with or without skin, and add to broth.
Quarter the head of cabbage and wash. Add to pot and bring to boil.
Clean the cooled ham shanks, removing the meat from the bone and add to the pot.
Boil another 1/2 hour and let cool for 1/2 hour.
Serve. Vinegar can be added if preferred. I never add salt because the ham adds enough.

Lightly score ham in diagonal lines first one way, then crosswise, to form a diamond pattern, being careful not to cut any deeper than about a eighth of an inch. (You can score both sides if you like).
Make a paste of brown sugar and mustard (I used Boar's Head Honey Mustard).
Rub paste into ham on sides that have been lightly scored.
Transfer to crock pot.
Pour in two cans of coca cola into bottom of pot, not pouring directly over ham to wash away brown sugar paste.
Cook on low 7-8 hours.
Saute onion and garlic clove in butter.
Cook adding 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese just before serving.
I always add 1 slice of smoked ham to each of the recipes.
Both recipes freeze well!

Melt butter and saute potatoes and onion. Add stock and vinegar, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 mins.
