Combine slightly softened ice cream, liqueur, coconut and graham crackers
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, light cream, half-and-half and black walnut extract. Pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. When ice cream is done, fold in walnuts, and transfer to a freezer container. Freeze until solid.
Cream butter, shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl on medium speed; mix thoroughly.
Add flour, a little at a time, mixing constantly.
Add baking powder, milk, salt and extract. Beat thoroughly.
Fold in black walnuts.
Pour in a well-greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in tube pan 10 minutes; invert on wire rack to cool.
No frosting needed. Serve with black walnut ice cream.
Combine eggs, sugar, evaporated milk and condensed milk in large bowl; mix well.
Stir in milk, walnuts and flavoring.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
Freeze using manufacturer's instructions.

In a large bowl, stir together the heavy cream, half-and-half, sugar, walnuts, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour the mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and freeze as directed by the manufacturer.
Scald the milk; mix eggs, sugar, salt and flour.
Beat well and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
(I cook in the microwave, cooking on Medium, setting the timer at 3 minute intervals, stirring well after each 3 minutes.
It takes about 9 to 12 minutes this way.)
Chill the custard as well as the canned milk.
When ready to freeze, add the chilled canned milk and the flavoring to the custard.
Freeze until almost firm and add the cooled black walnuts.
Continue to freeze until firm.
Saute black walnuts in the 3 Tbs. of butter & let cool.
Combine sugar,flour & salt,slowly stir in hot milk.
Cook 10 minutes over low heat,stirring constantly.
Stir small amount of cooked mixture into beaten eggs,return to milk mixture & cook 1 mniute.
Chill in refrigerator,then pour in ice cream freezer & add cream & vanilla.
Churn in freezer for about 15 minutes,then add black walnuts & finish freezing.

Add crushed peppermint candy to any vanilla ice cream recipe after it has frozen for about 15 minutes.
Makes 2 quarts.
Heat maple syrup in microwave for 15 seconds, or on top of stove until warm.
Toast walnuts in toaster oven or in dry skillet on top of stove, 2-3 minutes.
Put vanilla ice cream in dish.
Top with maple syrup and walnuts.

Melt chocolate chips in cream, stirring occasionally.
Add vanilla.
Chill until thickened.
Spoon chocolate ice cream into crust.
Spread 3/4 of chocolate sauce over ice cream.
Return to freezer, then spoon vanilla ice cream over chocolate sauce. Drizzle remaining chocolate sauce over top of pie.
Freeze. Serves 6.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and wine. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
Chill until slightly thickened, then stir.

Sift together salt, baking powder, cocoa and flour.
Add to mixture alternately the dry ingredients and the milk.
Add walnuts last.
Bake in large greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 325\u00b0. Take out of oven and cool 10 minutes, then put in cake tin and cover.
Ice later when cool.
Slice or dice 1/2 of a banana. Place in bottom of large goblet or sundae dish.
Slice or dice 2 of the red ice cream cherries. Place on top of bananas.
Place 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts on top of cherries.
Top with small amount of whipped cream and fudge sauce.
Put one scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Repeat steps 1 thru 4 and then add second scoop of ice cream
Top with whipped cream, fudge sauce and 2 walnut halves.
You can make this sundae as large or small as you like. I sliced and diced my bananas.
