Heat oven to 400\u00b0F.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
In a larger bowl, mix the milk, oil, egg, vanilla, and zucchini with a large spoon.
Then very gently stir the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients just until moistened. Do NOT over-stir, or they will be dry and tough.
Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake until the tops spring back when pressed gently in the center, about 13-18 minutes. Do not over-bake.
Cool in the pan on a wire cake rim for 10 minutes before removing from cups.
Brown hamburger and onion; drain off fat.
Add taco seasoning, salsa and corn.
Stir together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over that.
Mix Bisquick or Recipe Ease, eggs and milk together.
Pour over other mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Add onion, green pepper, corn (if using fresh, cut off the cob) and zucchini.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
If using canned corn, add now with basil and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
Add cheese; heat again.
Serve garnished with sliced tomato.
Combine Bisquick, cheese, salt, eggs, zucchini and onion in a mixing bowl.
Blend well. Melt butter in a large skillet.

For this ultra-simple recipe, use jumbo Spanish onions, sliced to 1/8 inch thick (#2 or #3 on a slicing machine).
Separate the circles into rings and toss with all-purpose flour.
While tossing, sprinkle the onions with light cream to moisten them.
Keep tossing them all together until they are well-coated.
Deep fry in vegetable shortening and drain well.
