Lo-Cal Zucchini Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. lite Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. lo-cal grated Cheddar, divided
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1/3 c. melted diet oleo
Preparation
    Stir together eggs, oil and oleo and add to Bisquick.
    Mix in rest of ingredients and 1/2 of the cheese.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Very good! Stuffing-like recipe.
