Fresh Peach Cobbler

Put peaches in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt and sprinkle over peaches.
Sprinkle lemon juice and extract over peaches and dot with butter.
Put in preheated hot oven (400\u00b0) until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix up Bisquick using shortcake recipe on box.
Remove hot bubbly peaches from oven and drop shortcake mix onto hot peaches, covering top, not solid.
Put back in oven about 20 minutes more until shortcake is done.

Pear Cobbler

Melt butter in baking dish.
Mix sugar, Bisquick, milk, nuts and raisins together.
Spread in pan with butter.
Evenly spread pears over butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.

Easy Peasy Bisquick Cherry Cobbler

Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in microwave safe bowl. Stir together milk, sugar, Bisquick, vanilla and butter. Pour batter in 9 x 9 inch glass dish. Pour cherry pie filling in and press down gently with spoon so that most of the filling is covered with your batter. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. IMPORTANT - As soon as the cobbler is done cooking place on towel inside refrigerator and cool for at least 4 hours. This step is very important for your crust to turn out buttery.

Bisquick Fruit Cobbler

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large saucepan add can of undrained fruit and heat thru. Blend together cornstarch and water in a small bowl, mix until blended. Add mixture to fruit and boil for 1 minute. Pour thickened fruit mixture into a 2 quart baking dish and dot with butter. Set aside.
Add Bisquick, milk, melted butter, and sugar if using, into a bowl. Stir with fork until mixture is well combined. Drop by spoonfuls over fruit. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until shortcake is golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir in butter until blended. Stir together sugar and peaches; spoon over batter.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.

Stir in butter until blended.
Pour batter into 8x8 ungreased baking dish.

Quick And Easy Bisquick Peach Cobbler

Mix Bisquick, rice milk, and nutmeg.
Stir in butter until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, mix peaches (28 ounce can) and sugar.
In a 8x8 baking dish, pour batter over peaches and cook at 375\u00b0F for 50-60 minutes or until golden.

Oriental Meat Pie

Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.

Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

STEP 1 Spray 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In large bowl, gently toss peaches and 1/4 cup of the sugar. Turn into slow cooker.
STEP 2 In medium bowl, gently beat Bisquick mix, sugar and milk with whisk until blended. Pour over peaches in slow cooker.
STEP 3 Cover; cook on low heat setting 3 hours or until cobbler is set in center.
STEP 4 Serve cobbler with ice cream.

Any Fruit Cobbler Pie

Put margarine or butter in 15 x 9-inch pan.
Put pan in oven until butter melts.
Add sugar and mix in pan with butter.
Add Bisquick in same pan.
Add the milk and mix well.
Pour fruit over the Bisquick.
Do not mix.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Roll thinner than for biscuits; cut in strips.
Add just enough water to berries to be seen, but not covered in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Mix sugar and flour together, then slowly sprinkle into boiling berries, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Take off heat and add spices, vanilla and butter.
