Add the vegetable
Prepare the basic Bisquick pancake batter, according to package directions.(1-1/4 C Milk, 2 eggs.).
Add remaining ingredients, through sour cream. This will make a thinner than usual batter.
Scoop batter out using a 1/2 cup measuring cup.
Lift pan to thin batter even more. (These aren't crepes, but use the same general idea).
Cook till bubbly on one side, then flip and cook other side.
Lay 4 to a serving, drizzle with melted butter and syrup.

In a large mixing bowl put the Bisquick, milk, canned pumpkin pie mix (canned pumpkin with pumpkin pie seasonings already in it), the oil and eggs.
Mix everything together until smooth.
Gently stir in the toasted pecan bits.
Cook on a griddle as you would your usual pancake recipe.
Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat all ingredients except bacon and 1 cup cheese with hand beater. Pour into pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle pancake with bacon and cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted (3 to 4 minutes).
Serves 8 to 10.

Generously coat the bottom & sides of a 12-muffin tin with butter.
Mix together Bisquick, milk, and eggs.
Fill each cup in the muffin tin half-way. Add 1 tbsp of cream cheese (or other filling, like Nutella, Jam, Jelly, etc.) to the middle of each muffin, then cover with the remaining pancake mix.
