Easy Bisquick Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 -2 lb chicken leg
    1/4 cup egg, beaten
    3 tablespoons margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0F Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
    In 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, stir together Bisquick(R) mix, salt, basil and garlic powder.
    Dip half the chicken strips into egg; place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken. Drizzle melted margarine over chicken.
    Bake 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes with pancake turner, until no longer pink in center.
