BASIC BREAD:
Mix the flours, salt and beer ingredients together. Grease a
ixing bowl. Slowly stir in beer and mix just until combined
Into large mixing bowl, pour beer, let \"fizz.\"
Stir in the sugar, add self-rising flour and blend.
Mixed dough will be lumpy. Do not mix until smooth.
Spoon into 1 large (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 2 small greased bread pans.
Pour the melted margarine over the dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool on rack.
This is just like the \"Beer Bread\" you can buy in stores.
/4 cup Bisquick.
Stir remaining 2 cups Bisquick, beer, salt and
mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk beer & egg together and add to dry mix.
Fold in tomatoes, olives & oil.
Bake at 350F for ~40 minutes. I baked the bread in loaf pans dusted with cornmeal and parmesan cheese for an interesting crust.
Combine Bisquick mix and sugar in bowl.
Add beer and mix. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Let rise 10 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
While bread is still in pan, pour melted butter over bread; let stand 10 minutes.
Turn bread out on rack.

Add eggs and beer. Beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute, until blended. Turn into a greased loaf/bread pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove.
This is a great quick bread for the fall season and goes nicely with soups and salads.

Heat oil to 375 degrees F.
Combine dry ingredients; add beer to get a sticky consistency for dipping.
Salt fish; dip in batter.
Deep fry until fish is golden brown.

Mix all ingredients together, mixing in beer last. Batter should be the consistency of Bisquick. Spoon into a well greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees (f) for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
Let bread rest in it's pan for about 10 minutes then let it cool on a rack for another 10 or so. If you can wait that long!
