In a bowl, mix parsley, ground turkey, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder and feta cheese until combined.
Use an ice cream scoop or 1/2 cup to make equal-sized patties. Place on a sheet and broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Place the burger on the bottom half of a toasted whole wheat bun. Top with onion slices and a mixture of Dijon and ketchup, if desired, garnish with more parsley.
Cover with the top half of the bun and enjoy!

Bethenny Frankel'S Easy Frittata

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a smaill nonstick pan with an ovenproof handle with cooking spray. Over medium heat, saute the vegetables.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and egg whites with a little salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and move it around with a spatula until slightly solidified. Transfer the pan to the oven.
Bake until the frittata is almost firm to the touch (approximately 15-20 minutes). Sprinkle with the cheese and bake until firm. Serve immediately.

Spinach, Chive, Ricotta Pasta - Bethenny Frankel

Bring pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick pan over medium high heat and add spinach, then garlic. Saute until wilted and add salt and pepper. Turn off heat.
When pasta is cooked, add to spinach with a 1/4 cup of pasta water. Add remaining ingredients (except chives and pine nuts) and toss well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with fresh chives, pinenuts and more grated parmesan.

Healthy Rainbow Shrimp Pasta - Bethenny Frankel

Boil water and cook linguine. Meanwhile on med/high heat, saute garlic in the sundried tomato oil with the sliced peppers. Once peppers are soft, add the shrimp, sundried tomatoes, and the linguine with some of the reserved pasta water (to bind and make creamy) and white wine.
Cook on med/high until the shrimp are cooked. add fresh herbs, sprinkle crushed red pepper, parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.

Warm marinara in a saucepan over medium heat. Slowly add milk, stirring until combined. Bring to a simmer, then lower heat; simmer until sauce reduces slightly. Add crushed red pepper.
Add penne to boiling water. Cook until almost done; add vodka to marinara mixture, and raise heat slightly. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
In a large bowl, toss pasta with sauce and Parmigiano-Reggiano, adding some reserved water to thin sauce, if needed. ...

Mile-High Apple Pie

Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
Ease pastry into pan.
Combine cornstarch, Equal for Recipes, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; sprinkle over apples in large bowl and toss.
Arrange apples in pie crust. Roll remaining pastry into circle large enough to fit top of pie. Place on top of pie; seal edges, trim and flute.
Slash top crust in pattern of your choice.
