1 1/2 lbs beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F.
Mix seasoning and coat the tenderloin.
Sear the filet on 4 sides on a grill pan for 2 min each. Finish in oven for 6 more minutes for medium rare.
