Slightly soften the honey in the microwave so that it is easier to stir. Cool.
In a bowl, combine the softened honey with the plain yogurt and vanilla extract.
Using parfait glasses, layer the honey mixture alternately with the fruit and granola, ending with granola on top.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Spoon 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt into each of 4 parfait glasses.
Crumble 1 cookie on yogurt in each glass.
Top each with 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt.
Top each with another crumbled cookie and 1/4 cup of the strawberry yogurt.
Freeze 45 minutes.
Garnish each parfait with a fresh strawberry.
Place 1/3 cup of granola in a parfait glass. Top with half of the yogurt.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining granola.
Note, mix any of your favorite fruits into the yogurt before assembling or layer fruit in between yogurt and granola layers if so desired.
Place the granola (or muesli) in the bottom of a parfait glass, and top with fruit.
In a small bowl, stir together equal parts of yogurt and sweetened whipped cream. Spoon atop the parfait.
Decorate top with fresh mint or a maraschino cherry, as desired. Enjoy!

Chill for a couple hours or overnight.

Peel and pit peaches, then cut into chunks.
In a medium bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Toss until well blended.
Let mixture stand until sugar dissolves and peaches become juicy, about 5 minutes.
Layer peaches and yogurt in parfait glasses.

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine honey and olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 2 mins, or until combined and smooth. Stir in oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Transfer to prepared tray and bake for 10 mins. Let cool then fold in strawberries and shredded coconut.
Combine raspberries and sugar in a small bowl.
