Ingredients

4 medium peaches (about 1 1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/3 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation

Peel and pit peaches, then cut into chunks.
In a medium bowl, combine peaches, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Toss until well blended.
Let mixture stand until sugar dissolves and peaches become juicy, about 5 minutes.
Layer peaches and yogurt in parfait glasses.
Serve.
Serves 4. Each serving contains 178 calories.
