Ingredients

1 pt. frozen vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. salted sunflower seeds
1/2 c. honey
Preparation

Scoop out frozen yogurt into 4 (1/2 cup) balls.
Roll balls in sunflower seeds.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
To serve, place frozen yogurt balls in a serving dish and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons honey.
Serves 4.
