Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Soften margarine and cream with sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition.
Add 1 cup flour and baking powder; mix well.
Add milk.
Add rest of flour; mix well.
Add vanilla.
Beat on medium for 2 more minutes.
Pour into 2 greased and floured (I use Baker's Joy) 8-inch round pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.

Sift dry ingredients and add to previous mixture.
Thin the mixture to desired consistency with milk using a whisk.
Fry on hot griddle at medium heat.
Makes approximately 12 to 14 (3-inch) pancakes.

pour egg/cheese mixture over sausage.
bake in oven uncovered for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven, it can look done and the middle might be runny so check with a toothpick.
