Best Pancakes I Ever Ate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder (not kidding, 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Mix oil, egg and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to previous mixture.
    Thin the mixture to desired consistency with milk using a whisk.
    Fry on hot griddle at medium heat.
    Makes approximately 12 to 14 (3-inch) pancakes.
