Coat meat or poultry and let sit.
Mix together pico de gallo in small bowl and set aside.
In saucepan, drizzle with olive oil over med-high heat.
Add onions, peppers and chiles- toss occasionally and turn off heat once tender.
In second skillet over high heat, drop meat or poultry in and sear for 2 mins each side.
Remove from heat, slice thin and return to pan to brown and cook through.
Warm tortillas according to package, fill with meat, poultry, peppers and pico de gallo- MMMM!
Start to marinade the steaks at least 2.

Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small measuring cup.
Place venison steaks in a large zip lock bag.
Pour marinade over steaks and seal bag.
Place bag in a flat casserole dish so that the steaks are in a single layer.
Refrigerate and marinate at least 4 hours, turning every half hour to marinate each side.
Drain marinade and grill steaks to desired doneness.
I double or triple this recipe for each addition package of steak. Any wild game steak can be used in this recipe.
Combine all ingredients, except the steak, in a ziptop bag. Shake to combine well and then add the steak. Marinade the steak overnight if possible, or at least 6-8 hours, for best flavor.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Put steak on hot grill to get great grill marks and seal in juices. Flip and grill other side and cooked to desired doneness.
Hint - I baste mine with leftover marinade while grilling for more intense flavor. If you want to do this then save 1/4 cup of marinade prior to putting steak in ziptop bag for marinating.
Dampen roast or steak with water. Pierce with a fork. Liberally coat with meat tenderizer, place in bowl or dish & set aside. Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over meat.
Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grill or cook how you prefer.
Steak Marinade -- I make it simple - just
Batter and fry cube steak.
Mix mushrooms and French onion soup together in \"crock-pot\".
Turn on high heat.
Make regular gravy with grease left from frying cube steak.
Pour this gravy into \"crock-pot\" along with mushrooms and French onion.
Mix well. Drop pieces of cube steak into mixture and let it simmer for about 4 hours.
Makes some of the best steak and gravy a hungry man ever tasted.
Great for Golden Agers who have a hard time chewing up steak.
Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over the meat (you can put it all in a large zip-lock).
Marinate atleast two hours or overnight.
Grill meat until cooked through.
Slice meat into strips.
Heat the 1/4 cup of olive oil in a saute pan on the stove and begin sauteeing the onions over medium heat.
Cook until soft.
Add the peppers and continue to cook until peppers are soft and onions are beginning to brown and crisp.
Serve on Flour Tortillas, add meat then peppers& onions& any of the optional toppings.
Place the steak in a shallow bowl and pour the marinade over it
Score the flank steak by making shallow crisscross cuts
Add all ingredients in bowl; whisk well.
Add steaks of your choice and marinade to zip lock bag. Put in fridge for 5 to 10 hours, then grill.
