Chicken Or Steak Fajita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken breast, flank or skirt steak
    1 c. green and red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 c. onion, cut into strips
    1 fresh lime
    sour cream
    salsa
    guacamole
    6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Marinate chicken or
    steak
    8
    hours in Fajita Marinade (see recipe).
    Char-broil
    chicken
    or
    steak
    and
    slice into 2-inch strips.
    Stir-fry in olive oil an equal amount of onion and green pepper
    strips
    with
    an
    equal amount of chicken or steak strips. Mixture
    should be hot with vegetables crunchy. Heat 6 flour tortillas
    in a plastic Ziploc bag in a microwave oven until warm (do not overcook).\tPour stir-fry mixture on a hot platter and serve
    immediately.
    Squeeze lime halves over the
    fajita mixture.
    Serve
    with
    warm
    flour
    tortillas, guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
