Best Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Marinade
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    2 tablespoons italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch red pepper flakes
    MEAT
    2 -4 beef tenderloin steaks (Best quality you can afford)
Preparation
    Start to marinade the steaks at least 2.5 hours before you want to grill.
    Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.
    Place steaks in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade over the steaks and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
    Take the steaks out and set on the counter for 30 minutes to bring the meat back to room temperature.
    Pre-heat your grill on medium-high heat 10 minutes before putting the steaks on. Put steaks on the grill and close the cover, cook for 3 minutes and then give steaks one quarter turn to give criss cross grill marks. Cook for an additional 3 minutes (6 total per side) before flipping steak over. Repeat the process until you have cooked both sides of the steaks for 6 minutes each. Take off of the grill and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
    (Adjust cook times depending on how you like your steak done. Current cook times will result in a Medium steak, however, you should always use a meat thermometer to check internal temperatures.).
