Roast Or Steak Marinade(The Very Best!!!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 lbs sirloin tip roast or 4 -6 steaks
    1 large onion, quartered
    Adolph's meat tenderizer
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup steak sauce
Preparation
    Dampen roast or steak with water. Pierce with a fork. Liberally coat with meat tenderizer, place in bowl or dish & set aside. Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over meat.
    Marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Grill or cook how you prefer.
