I cook these on foil at 425 in the oven until brown. Maybe 10 minutes or so max in a convection oven.
Saute onion, mushrooms, jalapenos and turkey burger until burger is browned.
Add beans, corn, olives and tomato sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with dollop of sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.

Heat a non stick skillet over medium high heat and fry the burgers about 4 minutes per side. After the first 4 minutes, flip and top each with one slice of pepper jack cheese.
Spread avocado mayonnaise on bottom half of each split bun. top with a handful of cilantro leaves, a turkey burger, and sliced tomato. Cover with roll tops and serve.

Form into burgers.
Place under broiler at 325\u00b0.
Cook until well done.

Mix everything together and pat turkey into small, flat, burger-sized balls. Chill in the fridge about 1 hours.
Heat the pan with oil and place turkey balls in pan when hot. Cook each side until brown; add 1 small pat of butter to each side. Cook until medium pink and juicy; melt 1 slice of cheese over each burger.
Heat 2 burger buns on both sides in the oven at 350\u00b0F.
Dress the burgers with cranberry relish, Walla Walla sweet onion, and iceberg lettuce.
Serve piping hot.

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, zucchini, carrot, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and egg. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties, turning once, until no trace of pink remains, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Serve however you wish - like a traditional burger or alone.

Fill cavity with chunks of celery and onion.

Put in crock-pot.
Add 1 cup of water.
Turn to high for about an hour.
Reduce to low and cook all night.
You will have lots of good broth and the turkey breast will be nice and juicy and tender.

In roaster (to fit bird) put clean and seasoned turkey.
(Rub with butter and seasonings.)
Add onions, cleaned and cut into wedges.
Pour broth over all.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and cook 15 minutes per pound of meat, usually about 1 to 1 1/2 hours (no basting).
