Mix olives, chopped onion and about 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Saturate well with olive oil.
Cover; let set overnight in refrigerator.
Set oven at 200\u00b0.
Slice bread in half lengthwise. On bottom layer, spread all of olive mixture, layer of ham slices, sausage slices, then cheese.
Repeat twice.
Put top on sandwich, then cover with foil.
Bake for 1 hour.
Slice into sandwich slices and serve warm.
Combine cream cheese, mustard and horseradish, mixing until well blended.
Spread approximately 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture onto each bread slice.
For each sandwich, cover one bread slice with process cheese spread, ham and second bread slice. Spread sandwich with margarine.
Grill until lightly browned on both sides.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
Spread some of the cream cheese on first slice of bread.
Top with 1/2 of the apricots and 2 slices of ham.
place 2nd slice of bread on top and spread remainder of cream cheese on top, then add remaining apricots and ham.
Top with final piece of bread and slice it into 4 pieces (I slice mine on a diagonal).
This recipe can be adjusted for an entire loaf, just follow the basic idea and adjust cheese/apricots to your liking.

Mix soup, sour cream and mustard.
In medium bowl, combine 1/2 of soup mixture, rice, onion, eggs and flour.
Mix well and place 2 tablespoons mixture on each slice of ham.
Roll up and place, seam side down, in baking dish.
(I use Pam first.)
Top with remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
In a bowl, combine cherries, mustard, green onion, and mayonnaise; season with a pinch of salt and a grind or two of pepper.
If using diced ham steak, stir it into the sandwich spread to coat.
If using sliced deli ham, do nothing.
To assemble: Place mixture on a slice of bread, top with arugula and close bread (ham steak).
For sliced deli ham: Spread mixture on two slices of bread, layer in ham, and a handful of arugula; close sandwich.
Spread 2 slices of bread with mustard.
Add ham, cheese and tomato slices.
Cover with other spreaded slice of bread.
Mix together egg, milk and salt.
Dip sandwich in egg, milk and salt mixture, then coat with crushed corn/potato chips.
Cook sandwich on both sides in a hot, oiled skillet until golden brown.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
You will fine this makes a crunchy sandwich on the outside and a meal inside.
To assemble the sandwich, split the French baguette lengthwise, but not all the way through, so that there's a \"hinge\" on one side.
Spread desired amount of honey mustard on both sides.
Pile on the sliced Black Forest ham.
Sprinkle with desired amount of dried cherries.
Close up the two sides of the sandwich, and eat. :).
Heat a small nonstick frying pan to medium.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.

start by making your ham and cheese sandwich.

If using a strong onion or shallot, peel and soak in ice water. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice roll almost in half and lay open on a baking sheet.
Combine mustard, honey and cayenne in small bowl, then spread on both halves of roll.
Layer ham across both halves of roll, spread preserves over ham.
Dice shallot and sprinkle over preserves, then top with cheese.
Place in hot oven until cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.
Fold to close sandwich before serving. Enjoy warm or wrap tightly to serve later.
