Greek Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Hawaiian bread (honey wheat is best)
    ham slices
    sausage slices
    lunch meat types
    Swiss cheese
    1 small jar olives, sliced
    garlic salt
    olive oil
    small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix olives, chopped onion and about 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Saturate well with olive oil.
    Cover; let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Set oven at 200\u00b0.
    Slice bread in half lengthwise. On bottom layer, spread all of olive mixture, layer of ham slices, sausage slices, then cheese.
    Repeat twice.
    Put top on sandwich, then cover with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Slice into sandwich slices and serve warm.
