Toss the quartered potatoes with the seasoning salt and olive oil.
Place in a grill basket and grill over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft. Toss often to prevent burning.
Once soft, mash the potatoes with a potato masher and mix in butter and milk or sour cream. Top with chopped chives or other mashed potato mix-ins of your choice.

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Saute celery and onions together.
Add potatoes and chicken broth.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes.

Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.

Recipe can be cut in half.
Mash potatoes (keep them stiff).
Season to taste with salt and pepper (Krazy salt works best).
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Melt mayonnaise and cheese over low heat or microwave 5 minutes.
Fry bacon until very crispy.
Crumble bacon into cheese sauce.
Mix frozen or thawed potatoes with cheese mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Makes 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans.

Saute onions and butter in skillet.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Add potatoes and reduce heat to low. If too thick, use more milk until desired thickness.
For cheesier flavor, add 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
This recipe can be doubled.
Makes 4 servings.
Heat the potatoes and broth to a boil in a large pot.
Cover and cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Drain and *reserve* cooking liquid.
Mash potatoes with 1/2 cup reserved cooking liquid/broth. Add more liquid if necessary for desired consistency.
Stir in chives or other herb of choice.
Season with white pepper.
Tip: save the remaining cooking liquid for another recipe.
Cook potatoes in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 10-15 mins, until almost tender. Drain well. Cool and cut into thick slices.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook potatoes for 5-6 mins, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 mins, until golden and crisp. Season to taste and garnish with parsley.

Mix all liquid ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add potatoes, onions and cheese. It's ok if the potatoes are still frozen. You can use frozen onion too.

Boil cubed potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes,
Slice potatoes thinly onto a big piece of heavy aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Crumble bacon over potatoes. Add onion and cheese cubes.
Slice butter over all and mix mixture gently on the foil.
Bring edges of foil up, leaving room for steam expansion. Seal with a double fold.
Place package on grill and cook about 1 hour, turning several times. Be careful not to burn.
