Roll beef tips in flour and brown in oil in skillet.
After browning, put tips in crock-pot and add consomme, water, bouillon cube, and onion.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat until done.
Serve with potatoes or rice and a green salad or green vegetable.

Cook the beef in a crock-pot slowly for 4 to 5 hours in the mushroom soup and the onion soup mix. Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Pour beef mixture over noodles and serve.

Mix cream of mushroom soup and Lipton onion soup mix to gravy and beef tips.
Cook in crock-pot for 6 to 7 hours on medium setting.
