In a large heavy-bottomed pot, combine broth, sour cream, and teriyaki seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat;
Reduce heat to medium-low, add noodles, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add carrots, beef roast, broccoli, salt, and crushed red pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
Mix dry and liquid ingredients in crock-pot.
Cut steak into small pieces.
Add to other ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 6.

Place beef in a crock pot.
In a small bowl, combine consomme, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, and garlic. Pour over beef. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
In a cup, stir cornstarch and 2 tablespoons sauce from the crock pot until smooth. Add to crock pot. Stir well to combine.
Add broccoli to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on high (the sauce has to boil for it to thicken).
Serve over hot cooked rice.

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
Meanwhile, heat a small amount of soy sauce in a large saute pan, add the onions and garlic, and saute until opaque.
Add beef and saute, turning often with tongs, for 7 to 10 minutes. Stir together the oil, vinegar,and ginger and add to the saute mixture.
Blanch broccoli in the boiling water (or microwave on high, covered and vented, for 2 minutes).
Add to the meat mixture and keep warm.
Prepare soba noodles according to package directions. Drain, toss with the beef and broccoli, and serve.

Add onion, mushrooms and garlic to a 12\" non-stick skillet and saute over medium high heat for 5 minutes, or until soft. Stir occasionally. Add to the crock pot.

Place the beans in a blender or food processor, with the broth, and blend until pureed. Add to the crock pot.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours. Garnish with fresh thyme.
I served this over spinach, but it would be nice in a big bowl with some lovely French bread!
Trim fat off beef and cut into cubes.
Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat meat with mixture.
In skillet, quickly brown meat on all sides in hot oil.
Drain off fat.
Transfer to crock-pot.
Add onions to skillet.
In same skillet, combine water, vinegar and bouillon granules.
Stir together, scraping browned bits from skillet.
Pour into crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve beef over cooked cabbage.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
Lightly butter or spray a crock pot.
Layer potato slices over bottom of pot with carrots.
Place corned beef on vegetables.
Slice cabbage into wedges and arrange around meat.
Sprinkle with pepper and add water.
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 8 hours until meat and vegetables are tender.
Remove meat to platter; cover with foil and rest for 10 - 15 minutes before slicing.
Put all ingredients EXCEPT cabbage wedges in Crock-Pot in the order listed.
Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours (High:
5-6 hours).
Add cabbage wedges to liquid, pushing down to moisten, turn to High and cook an additional 2-3 hours.
If you want more cabbage than the Crock-Pot can hold, cook it separately in a skillet.
Just remove 1 c. of broth from Crock-Pot during the last hour of cooking and pour it over cabbage wedges in the skillet. Cover and cook slowly for 20-30 minutes.

Place into crock pot with remaining ingredients, stir well and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6. (I used the high setting due to lack of time).

Cut beef into thin slices 2\" x 1/2\" and soak in marinade
Slice beef into small pieces.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, baking soda, cornstarch, water and oil.
Add beef and marinate 1/2 hour. Lightly coat wok with oil.
Cook garlic and ginger root on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, then add beef marinade; stir often.
Cut broccoli into small pieces.
Place in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water.
Add cooked broccoli to beef.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef and broccoli. Cook and stir until beef and broccoli are well coated.
Serve over white rice.
