Put Boston butt roast in crock-pot.
Fill halfway with water. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until very tender.

MIX Seasoning
Place pork in slow cooker. Mix Seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.
Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker.
Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker. Mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
IMPORTANT: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
Place pork in crock pot. Add green pepper and onion. In bowl, mix brown sugar and cornstarch. Add 1 cup pineapple juice, vinegar, water, soy sauce and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover, cook on low 5-7 hours. One hour before serving, add pineapple chunks. Stir into meat and sauce. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.

In a small bowl, combine the

Season pork roast with salt/pepper and mesquite seasoning.
Cook on high 4-6 hours.
Remove roast and sit 30 minutes. Empty the crock pot of the juices.
Peel by hand the pork roast, discarding the fat.
Add the pork to the crock pot and add the bbq sauce to the crock pot.
Cook on high for 30-60 minutes.
Serve on a roll. I prefer to use mini potato rolls from WalMart.

Combine pork, barbecue sauce, root beer, dry soup mix, salt and pepper in CROCK-POT slow cooker; turn pork to coat. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
Remove pork to large cutting board; shred with two forks. Serve on buns, if desired. Serve with chips and pickles, if desired.
Note: Unless you have a 5-, 6- or 7-quart CROCK-POT slow cooker, cut any roast larger than 2 1/2 pounds in half so it cooks completely.

Add hot sauce and stir to evenly distribute.
Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.

Put dry rub on pork night before. Let sit in fridge all night.
Place the pork in a slow cooker; pour the root beer over the meat.
Cover and cook on low until well cooked. I turn the meat over half way through cooking because the top since it isn't submersed in the cooking liquid isn't as tender. It takes about 6-8 hours.
Drain meat well and shred. Place back in the crockpot or in a bowl stir in one bottle of barbecue sauce and serve on buns.
*****If you don't have rootbeer substitute water and fill till it covers the meat.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 1 layer of tortilla chips into bottom of your baking dish or skillet. Top with half of the pulled pork and half of the cheese. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce. Top with a second layer of chips and continue layering with the remaining pulled pork, cheese and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with cole slaw and serve immediately.
Place pork in medium bowl. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix; toss to coat. Set aside.
Mix brown sugar, vinegar, pickles and remaining Seasoning Mix in slow cooker. Add seasoned pork into slow cooker.
Cook 3 1/2 to 4 hours on HIGH or until pork is tender. Remove pork from slow cooker.
Shred pork, using two forks. Return pork to slow cooker. Add cheese; cover and let stand 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir well. Sprinkle with green onions. Top with coleslaw, if desired.
Place pork in crock pot.
Top with garlic and onion.
Pour in beer.
Cook on low 9 to 10 hours until you can easily shred the roast with a fork.
Remove from crock pot and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible.
Rub the roast all over with the olive oil, then rub with the seasonings. Place roast in bottom of crock pot, and top with the bay leaves and chopped onion.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then reduce heat to LOW and cook 10-12 hours more until meat is falling apart, yet tender, and done.
Remove to a large cutting board and let cool slightly, then use two forks to pull apart the meat into chunks, discarding the bay leaves.
Stuff into warmed and buttered Italian ciabatta rolls, and dig in!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the barbeque sauce with chipotle chili powder; season with salt and black pepper.
Spread the sauce over the pizza crust.
Arrange pulled pork, sliced onion, and red bell pepper slices evenly over the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven until the toppings are hot and the pizza crust is crisp on the bottom, 12 to 15 minutes.
