TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
TO MAKE VARIATION SAUSAGE RECIPE: Add specified additional ingredients before mixing. Brown in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
Prepare Basic Tomato Meat Sauce.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add ground chuck and cook until brown.
Remove browned ground chuck from skillet and mix with remaining ingredients, except manicotti shells.
Set aside.
Mix (as in meat loaf) meat, vegetables, eggs, cheese and parsley together in a large pot.
Slowly run cold water down the side of the pan so as not to disturb meat mixture and cover meat with water.
Heat pot to slow boil and start to break up meat mixture with large spoon in bit size pieces.
Add pizza sauce, canned beans (juice and all), spinach (chopped and drained) and season to taste.
Cook for 1 hour or when vegetables are tender. Add cooked pasta of your choice (large or small shells are nice).

Then put a layer of meat in the bottom of the casserole bowl, then cover it with cheese; repeat twice (2 times).

Then spread the biscuits as flat as possible on the top.

Mix cornmeal, eggs, soda, jalapeno peppers, milk, salt, salad oil and bell peppers together.
Pour half of mixture into a large greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook ground meat until all pink is gone and drain.
Mix cream-style corn, onion and grated Velveeta cheese.
Mix well.
Pour over the 1/2 mixture in pan.
Pour remainder of batter over this and bake at 375\u00b0 until done, about 30 minutes.

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the center. Prepare your meat loaf recipe as usual.
Mound the meat loaf in the zucchini halves.
Bake according to meat loaf recipe.
Remove from oven and serve.

Put 1 portion (1/2 recipe) basic cookie dough, 1 cup semisweet
Mix all ingredients together and cook over slow heat.
This mixture can be used for chili, enchiladas, pizza or mixed in macaroni, poured over rice, or anything else you might want.
If you don't brown the meat, the mixture could be used for meat loaf.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients; place in lightly greased 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pan or shape in loaf form and place into 1-quart greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center of loaf. Unmold on platter; top with sliced tomatoes and garnish with parsley, if desired.
Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onions until meat is brown.
Spoon off drippings.
Stir in soup, milk, soy sauce and salt; heat through.
Gently stir in olives and parsley.
Pour mixture into baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
Prepare 1/2 recipe Bisquick biscuit dough from basic recipe.
Roll dough into square, 7 x 7-inches.
Cut square into 1-inch strips.
Place strips over meat mixture.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 4 servings.
