Basic Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients and seasonings.
    Mold into a rounded loaf.
    Spread 2 tablespoons additional ketchup over top of loaf. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
    Microwave at Medium-High (7) for 25 to 30
    minutes.
    When oven signals, remove meat loaf and let stand about 10 minutes to firm before serving.
