Barbecue Chicken:
Rinse chicken halves
For NEELY'S BARBECUE SAUCE, combine all of the
Fry hamburger with chopped onions and green peppers.
Add spicy brown mustard and mix well.
Add barbecue seasoning mix. Add other spices and barbecue sauce, then add more tomato sauce, if needed.
Combine first 5 ingredients in jellyroll pan.
Melt butter or margarine.
Stir in barbecue seasoning, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over ingredients in jellyroll pan and stir.
Bake for 45 minutes at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour on wax paper to cool.
Yield:
9 cups.
Preheat grill on high 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
Season both sides of ribs with barbecue seasoning. Sear on grill 3-4 minutes per side; do not cook through. Transfer ribs to braising pan.
Whisk bbq sauce and beer together in bowl until well-blended; pour over ribs in pan. Cover pan tightly with foil; place in oven.
Bake 2 1/2-3 hours. Carefully remove foil; bake 10 additional minutes.
Note: You'll need a braising pan.
Mix barbecue seasoning, brown sugar, salt and basting oil in a bowl.
Add chicken, tossing to coat.
Marinate covered 6-8 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 and preheat gas grill.
Bake chicken pieces in oven for approx 30 mins and transfer to platter.
Place chicken pieces on the grill until cooked, approx 5 minutes on each side.
Layer the shrimp not too thinly in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 to 1 bottle barbecue seasoning.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0, until done. Shrimp should turn pink.
